LEGAL TRAINEE
Karolina Płochocka is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. In 2018 she began an advocate apprenticeship at The Warsaw Bar Association. Specializes in litigation.
Gained experience while working for recognised domestic law firms, dealing with conducting complex court proceedings and corporate disputes. She also represented Clients in frequent administrative court hearings and common court hearings – in both – civil and criminal law. Her experience also includes comprehensive legal services for enterprises in the field of company law, labor law and personal data protection.
Moreover, she provided pro bono legal assistance for The Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights in terms of court proceedings and public administration bodies proceedings. She also completed annual Legal English course in Sawicki LLB Legal English Professionals linguistic school. Karolina speaks English fluently.
