Advocate, Managing Partner

Tymon Kulczycki graduated in law and journalism. He also studied philosophy at the University of Warsaw. He is registered as an attorney in Warsaw. His advocate practice includes commercial law, tax law and criminal law with particular emphasis on economic crime. He created the WhitestoneLegal Law Firm as a multidisciplinary law firm. From 2001, he has participated in nearly three thousand projects that he ran for clients from around the world.


Sonia Podgórska is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and was a scholarship holder of the Erasmus Plus program at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder). In 2017 she began an advocate apprenticeship. She deals mostly with company law.


Tomasz Kośmider graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University with the Business Law program extension as well as finished postgraduate studies in the field of tax law at the Lazarski University in Warsaw. He specializes in tax law.


Karolina Płochocka is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. In 2018 she began an advocate apprenticeship at The Warsaw Bar Association. Specializes in litigation.


At the WhitestoneLegal Law Firm she is responsible for supporting the Partners and the Team in administrative matters and for the efficient functioning of the Office.


In WhitestoneLegal Natalia Szymańska is responsible for supporting Partners and the Office team in administrative matters. She also deals with settlement issues, including invoices and debt collection.
