Whitestone law office led to final settlement of the tender for the supply of IT infrastructure before the National Chamber of Appeal.
Marcin Laudan with Whitestone’s department of public procurement led to a final decision before the National Board of Appeal tender for the supply IT infrastructure, which represented one of the largest suppliers of computer equipment on the Polish market. As a result an agreement was concluded for the supply of equipment for one of the largest transport companies in the country. The process of award of the contract lasted from December 2014 and ended with a final ruling before the National Chamber of Appeal after four appeals procedures, where Marcin Laudan represent our client.
