Whitestone Legal Office provided an opinion on possiblity of regulatory support for development of broadband networks in Poland
Whitestone Legal provided substantive support for Eficom S.A., a company of investment and European consultancy, on execution of Ministry's of Infrastructure project "Preparation of study on plan of development of broadband Internet access in Poland".
Under this project we prepared legal opinion concerning evaluation of possibility of regulatory support of Polish legislator for development of broadband networks consistent with recommendations of European Commission concerning NGN/NGA networks and directions of NGN/NGA regulations' changes.
