Holicon Group S.A. was acquired by Marcin Pankau and Krzysztof Chyliński
Holicon Group S.A., a majority shareholder of one of the greatest firm of call and contact center market - Holicon Sp. z o.o. which provides services for Cyfrowy Polsat S.A., PTC S.A. and Netia S.A., was acquired in managers buyout by Marcin Pankau and Krzysztof Chyliński.
During the transaction of managers buyout, irrespective valuation of Company had been drawn up with use of two systems: comparative method - of stock multipliers and discounted cash flow income method - DCF. Company's valuation amounted about 22 million PLN. The purchase was financed by Alior Bank and the transaction was carried out by Tymon Kulczycki from WhitestoneLegal.
