Marcin Laudan - Partner in WhitestoneLegal team - led to finish two next disputes concerning attempts of hostile takeover of our Clients' Internet domains obtaining positive judgements before The Court of Conciliation for Internet Domains of The Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications. Few months ago, our team led by Marcin Laudan, obtained enforcement clause for another judgement of this Court.
At the same time, this team led to effective finish of another dispute concerning illegal takeover of Internet domain using registered trademark of one of our Clients. As a result of above, Internet domain was effectively recovered and returned to our Client. This time, we avoided to use litigation.
