Michał Wilczyński is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He completed the judicial apprenticeship, and since 2006 has been a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw. His practice includes consultancy in the field of civil law, restructuring law, labor law and pharmaceutical law.

Over the past fifteen years, he has collaborated, among others with the Institute of Public Affairs as part of a research program on the problems of the Polish judiciary and with one of the largest networks of legal advisory firms in Poland. He has been cooperating with the WhitestoneLegal Law Firm since 2007. He is the co-author of the book entitled "Shortcomings in the administration of justice" (Wydawnictwo Instytut Spraw Publicznych, 2001).

Provides ongoing service for the companies on a regular basis to the full extent of their business. He carried out many transformations, mergers and acquisitions of companies, as well as their liquidation. He advised on the introduction of companies to the alternative New Connect trading system, co-creating the companies' information documents. He specializes in resolving corporate disputes. He has advised on numerous occasions in the scope of concluding and executing trade agreements and conducting investment processes.

He specializes in bankruptcy and business restructuring proceedings - he has conducted a number of such proceedings regarding both the bankruptcy of corporate entities and natural persons. He participated in proceedings involving both liquidation of assets as well as arrangements with creditors. In particular, he represented the bankrupt in disputes with syndicates.

In his practice, Michał Wilczyński provides legal assistance to several large employers, comprehensively supporting issues related to employment, resolving employee disputes and collective labor agreements. Advisor in the processes of employment restructuring and takeovers of a workplace. Co-author of remuneration regulations, work regulations and collective labor agreements. He represents both employers and employees in proceedings before a labor court.

He represents clients in disputes related to intellectual property rights. Speaker at conferences dedicated to copyright issues, in particular within the new media market. He is an expert in the field of press law, including violation of personal rights in the press - in this respect he has repeatedly represented clients in court proceedings.

He provides comprehensive legal services for a reputable pharmaceutical manufacturer - in particular in the area of creating and negotiating commercial contracts, as well as registration of medicinal products and medical devices.

He has extensive experience in litigation in the field of civil law and the areas mentioned above. He represents clients in proceedings before common, administrative and arbitration courts. He is fluent in English.
