ADVOCATE
Sonia Podgórska is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and was a scholarship holder of the Erasmus Plus program at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder). In 2017 she began an advocate apprenticeship. She deals mostly with company law.
She has experience in day-to-day corporate services for entrepreneurs and in the creation, transformation and merger of commercial law companies as well as in the preparation of transaction documentation. She also participates in the legal due diligence processess in the corporate field.
Additionally, Sonia is interested in substantive criminal law and criminal procedure. She speaks English fluently.
