Magdalena Gromadzka graduated in law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She deals with pharmaceutical law and intellectual property law. She also acts as the Administrator of Information Security (ABI) and specializes in the protection of personal data including the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

After graduation she left to the United States of America, where she participated in the Community Education, Training and Employment Services program in Hartford, Connecticut.

After returning to Poland, she joined the IT and telecommunications industry. Then she worked in two pharmaceutical companies. Currently, she also mainly deals with pharmaceutical law. Her responsibilities include preparation of commercial contracts and agreements as well as market analyzes and settlements. In addition, she supervises procedures related to the introduction to trade of new contractors and the preparation of contracts with companies starting cooperation with pharmaceutical law entities.

In addition, she is interested in intellectual property law - including issues related to trademarks, patents, copyright, unfair competition and moral rights. She speaks English and Russian.
